Please, be advised that the latest to submit the fancy copy is the presentation date. If you could not for any reason submit it on 9th January, make sure you submit it on the presentation date to your supervisor and the GP coordinators will pass by the committees and collect them.

REMINDER - Documentation Submission & Presentation Schedule

Dear students,

 

I would like to remind you that the submission of Project-2 documentation is on Wednesday 9th January until 1:00. The submission should include: 3 CD (Documentation, Presentation, Source Code), 3 hard copies, one Fancy Copy, 3 Copies User Manual. These deliverables should be handled to Miss. Sarah Alhazzni at IT secretary office (2nd floor, BL20).

Also, I kindly ask you to submit the soft copy of your project delivrables to project2.ksu@gmail.com. The subject of your email should be as the following(Documentation 1st Semester 1433/1434 - Project Title - Supervisor Name).

Do not forget to install your software in the Labs next week (5-9) January.

Presentations Conflict on Monday

Due to conflict with graduation ceremonies on Monday 14^th Jan, we need to reschedule the presentations on Monday. Kindly, the following eight groups who have their presentation on Monday need to specify whether they have conflict on Wednesday 9th January by writing (X) in the excel sheet.

If you have exams at the three days, then:

• Tick only two days (the days that you can not at all do the presentation), leave at least one day free
• Send an email to the project email (Project2.ksu@gmail.com) with conflict you have and the availability hours during the day you did not tick in the form.
